Seamless Dramix Combi Slab designed to carry 23 Tonne Racking Post Loads at their new Distribution Facility at Heathwood in Brisbane
The new Distribution Facility for Schweppes Asahi in Brisbane includes a fully automated racking system 32 metres high, with post loads of 23 Tonnes each.
The Only suitable solution was to remove all joints and saw-cuts and design it as a fully restrained completely seamless Dramix Combi Slab

- Dramix 4D 65/60BG +mesh
- No saw cuts
- No dowelled Joints
Benefits
Thinner slab solution, with less conventional steel, and a far better way of handling the significant racking loads. Reduced long term maintenance with the removal of all joints.
