We recently had the opportunity to fly our drone over the Frasers Property Australia estate at Yatala Central in Queensland, where all we can see are warehouses built with Dramix Slabs. Frasers love Dramix steel fibre reinforced concrete slabs, and know the benefits they get from their facilities with them. And BOSFA have been very fortunate to have been able to work with a few different builders in their estate at Yatala Central to complete these five warehouses, with hopefully more to come.

The first was the O-I Glass warehouse constructed by De Luca, with the slabs placed to a very high quality finish by Austech Concrete Constructions, followed by the OJI Fibre Solutions and Beaulieu Australia facilities, also constructed by De Luca, with slabs placed, this time by S & C Concrete Services. Then more recently McNab have just about completed the Schutz Packaging Systems warehouse, with the slabs placed by ShepCon QLD, and under construction right now is the Reward Hospitality facility being constructed by Tomkins Commercial and Industrial.

Great projects, working with Great Builders and Concrete Contractors, for a World Class Developer, completing an entire estate, doesn’t get much better than that!
