Ceva Vehicle Logistics – Pinkenba QLD
After previously constructing a very large distribution facility using Dramix® steel fibres a couple of years ago, Ceva Logistics were keen to again take advantage of Dramix® in their new heavy duty vehicle logistics facility at Pinkenba in QLD.
By using a Dramix® Combi Slab solution the very heavy loads were able to be accommodated in a fully restrained saw-cut free slab, whilst incorporating deep beams between columns to overcome the poor quality ground conditions. DRAMIX® 4D in combination with conventional mesh provided the advantages they had already experienced with steel fibre, along with being able to accommodate the extra requirements of this new facility.
